Old Homestead Family Session

Michaela, her husband and children are preparing to move to Montana.  Before leaving, she thought it would be a great idea for the entire family to gather for a family photo session, choosing to take the photos at the old farm where she and her sister lived as young children.  The current residents, although unfamiliar with the family, graciously agreed to allow us to shoot on their property.  We were able to use an old barn, shoot by the old tree in the front yard and then we headed down to an old road where the family used to take walks.  It was so much fun photographing this family!  Michaela’s husband, Lyle, brought out the cowboy gear he acquired to wear when he gets to their new home on the range.  Makes me want to tag along in my cowboy boots!
