Wedding by Black River, South Haven

How’s this for irony! Melanie and Jason grew up three miles from one another, never meeting one another, until as fate would have it, they met via an internet dating site. Both adults, with Melanie already having a career as a teacher and Jason a veteran, they started dating and fell in love. Some things are just meant to be.

It’s nice to get away from all the hustle and bustle of a tourist town like South Haven, Michigan, which is what we did for this wedding. Jason’s family home is along the Black River and in his back yard, a beautiful ceremony was held, with his cousin, a missionary, officiating. I just loved how they used the back deck for guest seating!

Congratulations to this amazing and super sweet couple! Many good things are in store for them in the future.
