Beautiful Family Photography at Memory Isle

It’s been a few years since Amanda and her family had pictures taken and the last time was downtown Kalamazoo. For this session, Amber agreed it would be nice to stick to a local park. We settled on Memory Isle. Bridges are so perfect for family groups. At Memory Isle and across the street, Skidmore Park, are several bridges. Besides large group photos, we broke into smaller family groups, even taking a few individuals. The kids were so adorable, I couldn’t resist getting more photos of them!

At Skidmore, we found this beautiful tree that had already turned to a vibrant red hue. With the carpet of red leaves under the tree, we did a little leaf throwing. That’s always a winner with the kids, but the “older” kids enjoy it too.

Our final destination was downtown Three Rivers to a courtyard in the center of town.
